Shipping Policy
All parties ship in 1 business day via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Atlanta, Georgia. Actual shipping times are 1-5 business days, so you’ll have your party in a pinch! Shipping times are in addition to order processing time. We’ll send you an email with tracking info when your package ships. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Expedited shipping is available on an individual basis. Please contact us for a quote.
Returns Policy
Due to our guaranteed next business day shipping, orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, if the party has not yet shipped. Please call us to cancel your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of the original receipt date. Party boxes must be returned in full. Individual items are not accepted for return. All items from your order must be returned in unopened, unused condition for a refund. Neither original nor return shipping charges are refundable. Please email us to initiate your return, and we will provide you with the return details. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you aren't happy with your purchase in any way.
